• Corrosion lasts 10s and can stack. The duration of each stack is counted independently.
Floor 12 Ley Line Disorders changed to:
• For this floor only, the ley line flow will be normal.
Updated the monster lineup on Floors 11 – 12 of the Spiral Abyss.
Starting from the first time that the Lunar Phase refreshes after updating to Version 2.1, the two Lunar Phases will be as follows:
Phase I:
Renewing Moon
After a character uses an Elemental Burst, all party members' ATK is increased by 6.5% for 15s. Maximum 7 stacks. When 7 stacks are reached, the active character's Normal Attacks will unleash a shockwave at the position of the opponent it hits, dealing AoE DMG. A shockwave can be unleashed in this manner once every 2s.
Phase II:
Cavorting Moon
For 10s after a character uses an Elemental Burst, that character's Normal and Charged Attacks will unleash a shockwave at the position of the opponent they hit at the cost of 1% of the character's HP, dealing AoE DMG. This effect will be cleared when this character leaves the field. A shockwave can be unleashed in this manner once every 1s. Active characters can go down as a result of this HP loss.
※ There will be no change to the reset times of the Spiral Abyss and Blessing of the Abyssal Moon. These remain the first and sixteenth days of each month, respectively. The above Spiral Abyss update will take effect from September 16 (Server Time).

In My Defense, You DID Ask. (3.1 Abyss Meta)
@eujean You can kill me later for this. I already have to punish myself for breaking my self-imposed limit out of sheer interest.
Me: I will never dip my hands in meta again.
You: I need help clearing the second half of Floor 12 of the Abyss.
Me:
(cracks knuckles) Heyo, as someone who's only barely credible in terms of gameplay discussion as I rely heavily on already published information and don't play the game at all, I feel like I tackle this with some confidence, so strap in, because I like to be thorough.
And also on 3.2 eve? I have brazen audacity and some stupidity, but I'm also hella confident in the first team's abilities anyway. I will also assume you're not pulling for anyone because it'll be a solid week before meta becomes concrete enough for me to rely on it for information.
Part I: The Opposing Roster (3.1's Floor 12 Enemies + Commentary)
The enemies in the chambers for the first and second halves of Floor 12 (as of 3.1) are as such -
Chamber 1:
First Half
Eremite Desert Clearwater (x1)
Kairagi: Dancing Thunder (x1)
Kairagi: Fiery Might (x1)
Eremite Axe Vanguard (x1)
Eremite Ravenbeak Halberdier (x2)
Eremite Linebreaker (x2)
Eremite Sword-Dancer (x3)
This collection of enemies is in a large group, deals mostly physical damage (with the exceptions of the Kairagi and the Desert Clearwater), and is mostly comprised of melee fighters.
Second Half
Eremite Stone Enchanter (x1)
Eremite Galehunter (x1)
Primal Construct: Repulsor (x1)
Primal Construct: Reshaper (x1)
Primal Construct: Prospector (x1)
This collection of enemies is made up of two types of units:
Specialized humanoid units (Stone Enchanter & Galehunter) that deal elemental damage (Geo & Anemo, has respective resistance to the elements) that are capable of both melee and long-range attacks, some that can deal AoE damage.
Automated units that deal physical damage as well as have specialized attacks that are meant to be used in tandem together (shields & lasers)
Chamber 2:
First Half
Ruin Drake: Earthguard (x2)
Ruin Destroyer (x1)
Ruin Scout (x1)
This collection of enemies is in the ruin guard class, but are of two distinct types
The Earthguard, while focusing on mostly melee physical damage, can deal all types of damage by having a large AoE attack that can involve any one of the elements.
The other two (Destroyer & Scout) deal only physical damage with it's own forms or by using lasers. Both enemies are also capable of dealing AoE damage, but on a smaller scale in comparison to what has already been seen.
Second Half
Maguu Kenki
This enemy deals physical, Anemo, and Cryo damage with a wide variety of attacks.
While its attacks are mostly melee, it does have some ranged attacks as well as some AoE attacks.
Notable traits include the summoning of phantom variants (Anemo or Cryo), its two distinct stages (71-100% health and 71% or lower), and its oni mask (shield, AoE damage)
Its attacks are fast and far-reaching, and it is a genuinely difficult enemy to fight.
Chamber 3:
First Half
Primordial Bathysmal Vishap Hatchling (x4)
This enemy can deal physical and Hydro damage as well as being as causing potential HP loss and an energy drain when it hits a character with it's ranged Hydro attack. It's melee attacks can both deal physical and Hydro damage.
Second Half
Algorithm of Semi-Intransient Matrix of Overseer Network (x1)
This enemy deals physical damage, but if that's supposed to mean that it's easy to beat this enemy, then you are wrong. This enemy employs an array of tools in its vast arsenal of pain and suffering, including:
A resistance of over 100% at the beginning of the battle
An AoE attack that is nearly impossible to take without a shield
A shield that pushes the character away upon recovery
A large beam that deals straight physical damage upon recovery
A tracking laser that follows the character
A barrage of lasers in a large area that can hardly be dodged
A missile blast that is directed at the character
An overclocked attack that deals AoE physical damage throughout the entire area
An invisibility mode that increases its resistance to damage by more than 200%
Part II: What's Being Done Well & What Could Be Done Better (Available Characters + Possible Team Compositions)
As overwhelming as these enemies are, there's no need to worry about it, as there's already one team that's capable of handling it. To start this off, we must acquaint ourselves with the team that clears the first half of Floor 12 (assumed to be level 90 and have decent artifacts/weapons):
Team #1
Childe Burst International Team
Main DPS: Childe (c0)
Sub DPS: Xiangling (c6)
Support: Kazuha (c0)
Heal/Support: Bennett (c5)
This team's composition relies heavily on elemental reactions as well as Childe's Riptide (Skill and Burst), Bennett's Fantastic Voyage, Kazuha's crowd control (Skill) and elemental absorption (Burst), and Xianglings easy Pyro application (Burst).
This lineup doesn't really concern me at all as the core members' mobility (Childe's melee stance, Xiangling's Burst) as well as a heavy focus on elemental reactions (Hydro & Pyro, Anemo absorption) makes it a hard team to break and defend against for most enemies, including the ones in the second half.
Now that this is presented, we are now given a wide variety of characters as well as some of their constellations below.
Characters
Five Stars (assumed all are at 90) -
Mona (c2)
Diluc (c0)
Raiden Shogun (c0)
Jean (c0)
Xiao (c0)
Itto (c0)
Four Stars (assumed all are at 90 & have constellations) -
Ningguang (c6)
Rosaria (c6)
Kujou Sara (c2)
Four Stars (assumed all are at 90 & constellations unknown) -
Amber, Barbara, Beidou, Chongyun, Collei, Diona, Fischl, Gorou, Kaeya, Kuki Shinobu, Lisa, Noelle, Razor, Sayu, Sucrose, Thoma, Xingqiu, Xinyan, Yanfei, Yun Jin
I will mostly be focusing on the ones with confirmed constellations, but I will also explore the ones without that out of speculation and now that we have this information, I have the conundrum of finding a team that can beat the chambers of the second half of the Abyss.
I will be focusing on builds that have a variety of three distinct influences: continuous elemental reactions, elemental resonance, and potential for one-shotting (as few rotations as possible). The sources I'm going to use have a wide variety of views and opinions for the character builds, weapons, and artifacts, but for the sake of the assumed F2P and AR45+ status, please focus primarily on 4-star weapons and 4-5 star artifact sets.
Possible Teams
Mona-Raiden Burst Team
Main DPS: Mona (c2)
Sub DPS: Raiden Shogun (c0)
Support: Kujou Sara (c2)
Heal/Support: Xingqiu (c3, preferably c6)
Note: While this team is very nice in terms of elemental resonance and elemental reactions, it is worth noting that while Mona's sprint can be used to dodge a great deal, you will be doing a lot more of it with the enemies you have (no shield). Energy recharge could also be an issue for certain characters in the rotation depending on substats for artifacts.
Mono Geo Team
Main DPS: Itto, Ningguang (c0)
Sub DPS: Yun Jin (c3, preferably c6)
Support: Gorou (c3, preferably c6)
Shield: Zhongli, Noelle (c0)
Note: As there is a lack of a healer in this team, you will be living on a prayer depending on how many hits are taken. If you're worried about the Stone Enchanter, Yun Jin's effect of increasing normal damage with her Skill will feed greatly into Itto's already decent Normal Attack Damage. Ningguang is a decent DPS, but Itto is ideal for this team and Noelle can also heal on top of shielding, but Zhongli's shield and Burst are second-to-none. You will also have to invest a great deal of mora and materials into building this team, as most geo characters require it.
Dendro Reaction Team
Main DPS (Dendro): Collei (c2, preferably c6)
Sub DPS (Electro): Fischl, Kuki Shinobu (c2, preferably c6)
Sub DPS (Pyro): Yanfei (c4, preferably c6)
Heal/Support (Hydro): Barbara (c6)
Note: This team relies heavily on the Bloom reactions as it pertains to Dendro, which means that Barbara & Collei are essential to the rotations. It may also take a while, depending on your weapons and already set damage as well as energy recharge.
Rosaria + Chongyun Freeze Team
Main DPS: Rosaria (preferably c6)
Sub DPS: Chongyun (c2, preferably c6)
Sub DPS: Xingqiu (c3, preferably c6)
Support: Barbara (c6)
Note: This team would be hard to use with the Maguu Kenki as it has higher Cryo Resistance, but for the rest of the chambers, it would work quite well. Also note that this is essentially a budgeted team as there is no Ayaka, Ganyu, or Shenhe in your arsenal.
Xiao Double Geo Team
Main DPS: Xiao (c0)
Sub DPS: Jean (c0)
Support: Geo Traveler (preferably c6)
Shield: Zhongli (c0)
Note: This team would be ideal with Albedo, but the Geo Traveler is someone I found to be a decent substitute. I recommend getting all of the constellations just so that the intended effects of crowd control can last a little longer.
Part III: Final Notes (+ Resources)
So out of the teams I pulled out of my brain, I believe that you will have the most luck with either the Mona-Raiden Burst Team or the Dendro Reaction Team as they are more reliant on elemental reactions that make sense for the enemies you would be dealing with.
Also, don't look at the time, I know 3.2 is in less than 24 hours, but I believe that the teams I've chosen are timeless in the sense that they would still work after the new enemies are dropped.
If you have any further questions or clarifications, feel free to ask! I kind of live for stuff like this, after all. I've also dropped links in the descriptions and if you want help navigating that, then again, don't hesitate to drop something in the inbox.
Anyway, happy slaughtering and tell me how it goes!

Note: I enjoyed messing with meta way too much and it's almost enough to get me to get the game and try some of my suggestions out. Almost.

Once your account for PSN is linked to a valid email address, you will be able to log in on iOS/Android/PC using your miHoYo Account, or on PlayStation using the account for PSN linked to the email address associated with your miHoYo Account and resume your game progress.
• There are two methods for linking:
Method 1 (Retain Prior Progress From miHoYo Account on Mobile/PC): On the PlayStation platform, using an account for PSN that has never previously logged in to Genshin Impact, open the game for the first time. Follow the steps in the pop-up window to link the email address associated with your miHoYo Account. This will link both accounts.
*IMPORTANT: The pop-up window prompting you to link your accounts only appears when your account for PSN enters the game for the first time, after you agree to the Terms of Service. You can only link an existing miHoYo Account from this pop-up window. There is no other way to link.
Method 2 (Retain Prior Progress From Account for PSN): Log in to Genshin Impact on the PlayStation platform, then go to Settings > Account > User Center > Link Account and link your account for PSN that is logged in to Genshin Impact to an email address that has not already been used to register a miHoYo Account. After linking, your game progress will be shared when you log into your account to play on the same server on iOS/Android/PC/PlayStation.
• Genesis Crystals
Genesis Crystals obtained on PC or mobile platforms and Genesis Crystals obtained on PlayStation will not be linked for the same account. This includes but is not limited to Genesis Crystals obtained via the following means: topping-up, refunds, and compensation for top-up errors for Blessing of the Welkin Moon and Battle Pass.
(For more information, please refer to the HoYoLAB notice, "Notice on Cross-Save Function Between Account for PSN and miHoYo Account")

Adjusts the contents of the Gnostic Hymn Bundle: Replaced Mondstadt's Talent Level-Up Material bundles with Inazuma's Talent Level-Up Material bundles.
Optimizes UI display on mobile devices upon entering Aiming Mode when using touchscreen controls: The "Abandon Challenge" button is hidden and the text transparency of the challenge objectives is reduced.
Adds a second confirmation when removing friends.
Adjusts the Waverider's Stamina mechanism: The Waverider's stamina is now independent of that of the character's, and Stamina Regeneration is also calculated separately for each.
